Training
We have a specialized professional team to provide training oriented to satisfy the needs of updating the knowledge of technicians and operators to be formed by means of theoretical and practical courses and seminars that count with the invaluable resource of the brands by which we are certified. Through this division Digicustics SRL and supporting service companies as also distributors and sales persons we organize diverse training workshops for potential customers or educational entities. Digicustics SRL may provide training for our customers or for customers of our customers. We may not only provide one on one training but also public product demonstrations.
Sound and Lightings
With the vast number of technologies available today amplifying a live performance has become a science and an art. Our sound engineers diagram, design and adjust systems according to the specific needs of each show. Using sophisticated 3D simulation tools our audio designers can calculate SPL maps and coverage of sound systems on location; no matter how large or complex these are. With this information you can make all kinds of adjustments to achieve a perfectly balanced system. Whatever the location, from large outdoor stadiums to live television productions. We understand the needs of lighting designers, and apply our technical skills and engineering to combine and integrate all elements in a live show. Transferring our experience in IT "show control" and automation to designers in order to meet the unique requirements of each project luminaires.
Technical Service
The activities of the technical service department from Digicustics SRL involves provide service to repair, update and support products under and out of warranty for the most recognized brands in the market. We repair, rebuild, and update sound mixing consoles, audio amplifiers loudspeaker processors, lighting consoles, dimmers, intelligent fixtures and all related to professional sound & lighting equipment for stage and fixed installations. To do that we have our own equipped laboratory with specific state of the art instruments and a skilled and constantly trained in new technologies technical staff. All the spare parts we use are genuine from their respective product manufacturers and are installed under the most strict quality controls.
